Description

1. Device Management and Troubleshooting
- Enroll, configure, manage, and update devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Monitor and optimise device health scores, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Provide regular security patches and updates to endpoints and devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve device-related issues remotely using tools like Quick Assist.

2. *User and Access Management*
- Create, manage, and update user accounts across multiple platforms.
- Set up and manage conditional access policies for secure and efficient remote access.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and issue resolution for end users.

3. *Collaboration Tools and Productivity*
- Design, manage, and organise SharePoint sites for seamless collaboration.
- Optimise usage of Office apps, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook to enhance team productivity.
- Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and custom app setups for improved accessibility.

4. *Security and Compliance*
- Audit and optimise security policies across devices and organisations.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and company policies using tools like Entra and Intune.

5. *Cloud and Automation*
- Manage and maintain Azure resources and configurations.
- Utilise Power Automate to streamline IT processes and workflows.

6. *Technical Expertise and Trends*
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and IT trends relevant to the role.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in IT systems and processes.

7. *Client Support and Engagement*
- Provide support to both internal and external clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with clients to align IT support services with their business needs.

8. *Email and Application Management*
- Remotely install and configure applications as required by users and organisations.
- Optimise and troubleshoot mailboxes, applications, and systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
